Join Russell Maliphant this Summer for two invigorating movement workshops.
These workshops will help you unlock greater Ease, Co-ordination, Integration and Strength in the body through a practical focussed and fun exploration all in a supportive environment.
Tailored for both those new to movement and experienced practitioners, all are encouraged and supported to work within their own experience.
What to Expect:
Move with More Freedom & Flow – Learn how to distribute force efficiently, enhance posture, and develop fluid, integrated movement for daily activities and beyond
Discover the Science of Movement – see images on the latest fascial research, then experience these concepts through guided movement and sensory awareness exercises
Improve Strength & Flexibility – Explore practical techniques to help overcome movement restrictions, and build a more resilient body
Engage in Physical Play –Interactive exercises set to music, designed to help you connect with your body in new ways
