“I came to Russell's workshop for the first time with my partner Geoff. It was a very enjoyable workshop and we loved Russell’s approach. His explanations and demonstrations helped us understand how the fascia and bone systems and structures work and are connected in various ways. it seemed just the right amount of detail in the content.  Then it was easier to understand the connections in the movements that we practised.  It was very helpful having a focus on breath.  The pace felt good with enough time to follow up questions - also with sensitivity to different individuals and needs.” - Mariana and Geoff, July 2025
